Return Policy

• Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped. Please email us as soon as possible after placing your order.

• Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email colorsandshinestore@gmail.com with your name and order number.
• Particular items are non-exchangeable, such as customized/made-to-order items. Items must be in the original condition to receive an exchange.
• Buyers are generally responsible for return shipping costs (exclusions may apply), and the shipping cost of the original purchase is deducted from the exchange credit.

• We accept return requests within 3 days of delivery. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. To request a return, email us at colorsandshinestore@gmail.com with your name and order number.

• To qualify for a return, items must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

• Certain items cannot be returned; this includes custom products (such as special orders or one-of-a-kind personalized items).
